ASEF software
ASEF software was developed by Groupe OptiVert for the MRNF(Ministère des Ressources Naturelles et de la Faune),

- analyse forest structure
- create a product allocation matrix MSCR/AB-CD/DHP
- compile financial value of forest products
- evaluate logging and supply costs
Groupe OptiVert offers training courses on

ECONOMIC MODEL software
The economic evaluation model was developed in collaboration with the MRNF in order to simplify decisions
within the framework of a integrated forest management plan. It makes it possible to calculate the economic
profitability of a sylvicultural scenario composed of one or more treatments. It measures the economic benefits
related to wood exploitation and transformation generated by the sylvicultural scenario. This measurement can then
be used to compare and schedule different sylvicultural scenarios whatever the time frame or total investement.
The model can be applied to any scale such as hectares, forest stands, etc..., a particular industrial zone, an annual
management plan or an entire province. The model also makes it possible to evaluate the impact of harmonisation measures
and the influence these have on forest management intensity.
